Shaders Project
This project is a small game in which you navigate through a maze to find the marble. Use the power ups found in the maze to overcome otherwise impassable obstacles.
- Use the phase power up to pass through certain walls.
- Use the bubble power up to jump great heights.
- Use the metal power up to walk underwater.
This project was developed in April 2019 for my second year Graphics module. For this project, I researched and wrote multiple shaders including:
- ToonWater – seen on the surface of the water.
- TransparentMultiPass – seen on Ethan when he uses the phase power up.
- WorldReflect – seen on Ethan when he uses the metal power up.
- Bubble – seen on Ethan when he uses the bubble power up.
- Iridescent – seen on the marble.
The project is designed to showcase these shaders in a narrative friendly manner.
